Tekapo Springs is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time permanent role includes weekends and some evenings, and you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information and product recommendations to enhance their experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Tekapo Springs is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a permanent full-time position available based on the applicant's availability and suitability.

You will be our customer's first point of contact with the smile, energy and the know how to start their visit off in true Tekapo Springs fashion.

The successful candidate will work full-time, including weekends and occasional evenings. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and going above and beyond to provide helpful information and the ideal product to enhance their experience.
