Job summary

The Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store service desk. You will help customers with inquiries, guide returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, and support loss prevention to keep the store safe. Your role also includes assisting in supervising the Checkout area to maintain efficient transactions.

We value a team player with strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role.
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide advice on processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers.
• Support Loss Prevention by assisting with security measures and store safety.
• Supervise and support the Checkout area as needed to ensure smooth transactions.
