Job summary

The Warehouse in Auckland is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store service desk. You will assist customers with inquiries, process returns, exchanges and refunds, and help keep the checkout area running smoothly.

We value a friendly, can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work on your feet. This role offers evening shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with opportunities to grow within our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide product guidance.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure store safety.
• Help supervise and assist at the Checkout area as needed.
