Job summary

The Warehouse Invercargill is seeking a permanent full-time Customer Service Team Member to join our in-store service desk. You will deliver exceptional service and assist customers with inquiries, returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, while helping keep the checkout area running smoothly and supporting Loss Prevention for store safety.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide advice at the in-store service desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers.
• Support Loss Prevention with security measures and store safety.
• Supervise and support the Checkout area as needed to keep transactions smooth.
