Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Auckland, New Zealand to bring humanity to business. You’ll resolve customer issues before escalation, assist with brand welcome calls, and support annual service reminders to ensure a quality experience.

You’ll report to the Team Lead, work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package alongside a guaranteed, competitive pay of 26.50 NZD per hour.

Qualifications

• High school certificate
• 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
• Recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
• Computer savvy

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues before escalation to the next level
• Provide information to customers in a confident and knowledgeable manner
• Lead the resolution of customer complaints with internal and external stakeholders
• Prioritize customer concerns and escalate under defined company process
• Advocate for the customer to promote brand loyalty
• Investigate and recommend levels of financial assistance for customer claims
• Assist in special projects and other duties as requested
