Job summary

PowerNet is seeking a Customer Resolution Advisor to work with customers, investigate concerns, and provide fair, timely solutions. You’ll drive continuous improvement through analysis of feedback and trends while building trust across the organisation.

Based in Invercargill, Queenstown, or Balclutha, the role emphasises empathy, resilience, and exceptional service delivery in a dynamic utility environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on positive outcomes.
• Diploma in Customer Service, Business Management, Communications or equivalent.
• Adaptable, resilient, and professional in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Investigate complex customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse customer feedback, complaints data, and trends to support continuous improvement.
• Build strong working relationships across the business to ensure positive outcomes.
• Support projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and service delivery.
