Responsibilities

Champion Customer Service & Engagement: be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, resolve inquiries and complaints.
Drive Product Availability & Quality: replenish products, focus on essentials and fresh food, maintain stock quality and presentation.
Support Smooth Operations & Standards: collaborate with the team for daily operations, keep store clean and organized.
Prioritize Safety & Compliance: uphold safety protocols, report hazards, follow company policies and legal requirements.
