Foodies, part of Foodstuffs North Island, is seeking a Customer Data Analyst to join the Customer Data & Intelligence team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will transform complex data into actionable customer insights that drive better decisions, improve experiences, and support the growth of our grocery brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer analytics, insights, business intelligence, research, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Delivering customer insights, marketing intelligence and data-driven recommendations that support business priorities.
• Analysing customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improved engagement and customer outcomes.
• Developing customer segmentation, targeting approaches and analytical solutions to support marketing initiatives.
• Creating dashboards, reports and visualisations that bring data to life.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to maximise the value of customer data assets.
• Supporting the optimisation and automation of customer data, reporting and insight solutions.
• Measuring the effectiveness of customer and marketing activity through data and analysis.
• Championing a customer‑centric, insight‑led approach across the business.
