Job summary

Switched On Group is seeking a Customer Coordinator to join our Christchurch team on a fixed-term basis covering parental leave until approximately February 2027. You will coordinate jobs, liaise with customers, schedule trades, and ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders from request to invoicing and closure, ensuring KPI targets are met.
• Schedule and dispatch trades based on location, skills, availability, and customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and set clear expectations.
• Monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email; log actions and outcomes.
• Manage customer complaints and work with the team to resolve issues.
