Description

BlackBull Markets is a multi-regulated, multi-asset broker headquartered in Auckland, giving traders around the world institutional-grade access to hundreds of markets. Backed by strong technology and a commercially driven, fast-moving team, it's a scale-up with real international reach and momentum.

Role Summary

The CRM & Systems Integration Engineer builds and maintains the integrations, APIs and automations connecting Salesforce to BlackBull's client portal, trading platforms, websites, marketing systems and communication tools. This is a hands-on, technical individual contributor role with a dual reporting line into the CIO and CMO, with Salesforce administration forming part of the remit rather than the whole of it, and real scope to shape a future CRM platform transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and troubleshoot integrations across Salesforce, the client portal, trading platforms, websites, marketing systems and communication tools
  • Work with APIs, webhooks and automation workflows to keep systems and data connected
  • Design and implement automations, workflows and routing logic that scale with the business
  • Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data inconsistencies and system bottlenecks
  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including permissions, fields, reporting and lead distribution logic
  • Manage bulk data updates and synchronisation across connected systems
  • Partner with developers and specialist vendors on technical builds and fixes
  • Contribute technical input and hands-on delivery to a future CRM platform migration
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong systems integration experience: APIs, webhooks, automation workflows, data synchronisation
  • Salesforce administration experience strongly preferred; other CRM platform experience highly valued given a future migration is on the roadmap
  • Development or technical build experience within CRM or connected business systems
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple integrated platforms
  • Comfortable configuring workflow automation, permissions and business logic
  • Strong stakeholder communication, confident working directly with technology, marketing and operations leadership
  • Fintech, trading or financial services experience not required, strong integration and development skills matter more
  • CRM migration or platform transition experience highly regarded
What’s In It For You

This is a genuinely technical opportunity to own the integration layer behind a fast-scaling global broker, not just administer it. You'll work directly with both the CIO and CMO, with real scope to build, fix and shape how Salesforce and the wider stack connect, plus a front-row seat if the business moves to a new CRM platform. Non-fintech backgrounds are welcome if your systems and integration skills are strong.
