We're looking for a CRM Analyst to help shape and optimise the digital experiences that support our clients and business. Working within our Digital Technology team, you'll play a critical role in understanding business challenges, translating requirements into effective CRM solutions, and ensuring our Salesforce platform continues to evolve to meet business and customer needs.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery. This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis, process improvement, solution design, CRM configuration support, and ongoing platform optimisation.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and can translate complexity into practical solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

- Contribute to solution design, ensuring proposed approaches align with business objectives and platform best practice.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM functionality, usability, and data quality across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend enhancements that drive operational efficiency and improve client experiences.
- Support the development of scalable solutions that maximise platform capability while minimising unnecessary complexity.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Salesforce and related platforms.
- Support the configuration and implementation of CRM enhancements, including workflows, automation, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and reporting.
- Assist with release planning, testing, defect management, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated throughout delivery.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.
- Provide functional expertise and support for CRM-related initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Support adoption of new functionality through effective communication and knowledge sharing.

- Proven success delivering CRM enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
- Experience working across business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Exposure to regulated environments and compliance requirements.
