Hato Hone St John is recruiting a qualified Critical Care Paramedic to join our Hastings team in Aotearoa New Zealand. This is a 0.5 permanent jobshare, working a block on a 4 x 4 roster. We are open to discussing additional hours or connections to other industry roles to meet full-time needs.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, maintain a positive demeanour, contribute to station portfolios, and champion clinical excellence within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Current St John Authority to Practice at Critical Care Paramedic level.
• Current Registration and APC from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council.
• Excellent operational and clinical performance to date.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others.
• Ability to work under pressure.

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Critical Care Paramedic to join our team in Hastings!

This is a 0.5 permanent jobshare, working block about, on a 4 x 4DDNN roster.

We’re happy to discuss options for those looking for additional hours. We may also be able to put you in touch with other businesses in the industry, as we have team members who have successfully combined part-time roles to create full-time hours.

The role requires you to be:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current St John Authority to Practice at Critical Care Paramedic level
• Current Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
• Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
• A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
• The ability to work under pressure
