The Comfort Group is seeking a Credit Claims Administrator to join our NZ Bedding team. You’ll manage customer credit claims, primarily relating to pricing, freight, GST and other non-product claims, and work with customers and internal teams to establish facts and ensure credits and debits are processed accurately.
You’ll need intermediate Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and good attention to detail.

We’re looking for a Credit Claims Administrator to join our NZ Bedding team at The Comfort Group. You’ll manage customer credit claims, primarily relating to pricing, freight, GST and other non-related product claims. You’ll work with customers and internal teams to establish the facts, resolve claims and ensure credits/debits are processed accurately. No technical bedding knowledge is required, it’s all about your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
You’re curious, organised and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and manage changing workloads.
