Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending, or related financial role.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and data to assess borrower risk.
• Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for loan committee review.
• Monitor loan portfolios to ensure compliance with terms and identify issues.
• Evaluate loan applications against credit policies and lending guidelines.
