Qualifications

• NZ-based structural engineering experience preferred.
• Must have a university degree in civil or structural engineering.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a small team.
• Review and sign-off structural designs and Producer Statements.
• Independently carry out structural design and drafting on projects within deadlines.
• Develop design process efficiencies, templates and calculation methodologies.
• Support the team in the use of Revit 3D software.
• Engage in Continuing Professional Development.
• Carry out Construction Monitoring.
• Maintain client relations and develop new client relationships.
• Maintain CPEng registration.
• Project management.
