Fluid Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer to join the Auckland team of a national practice known for high-quality, commercially focused advice.

Open to Intermediate to Senior Associate with 3–8 years' PQE, work on M&A, governance, JVs, capital raisings and restructurings, with a supportive team and a collaborative culture.

You will build client relationships and contribute to a down-to-earth, team-oriented environment in Auckland.

About the Opportunity

There is a strong pipeline of corporate work, so we are open to lawyers from Intermediate through to Senior Associate level, with approximately 3-8 years’ PQE.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on quality matters, develop strong client relationships and continue building your corporate practice, with the support of an experienced and approachable team around you.

Your work will span areas including M&A (mainly local), corporate governance, JVs, capital raising corporate restructurings, general corporate advisory

About You

We’re looking for a commercially minded Corporate Lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to be part of a high-performing yet genuinely supportive team.

You’ll ideally have 3-8 years’ PQE and solid corporate experience, particularly across M&A and general corporate advisory. Experience across some of the other areas outlined above will also be highly regarded.
