Job summary

The leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in New Zealand, based in Wellington or Auckland. You will work directly with three Partners, handling high-value M&A, Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, Listed Company Advisory, Private Equity and Venture Capital matters.

We are looking for commercially minded Corporate lawyers with around 7 PAE or 5 PAE UK notational; NZ candidates or common law qualified overseas candidates are welcome to apply.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their high-performing Corporate team, based in either Wellington or Auckland. You will have the unique opportunity to work directly alongside three noteworthy Partners who are leaders in their field, providing unparalleled mentorship and access to complex, high-value work.

The Corporate team maintains a broad, sophisticated practice. You will be instrumental in advising clients across M&A, Foreign Investment, Joint Ventures, Listed Company Advisory, Private Equity and Venture Capital (investments and divestments), Wholesale Fund Formations, and Māori Business.
