Westpac Queenstown is seeking a commercially minded Relationship Associate to join our Corporate Banking team. You will deliver high‑quality credit analysis, financial insight, and portfolio management support to Relationship Managers, influencing customer outcomes and portfolio performance.

This role requires deep understanding of customers, industries, and NZ market conditions, rigorous risk assessment, and timely credit submissions within policy standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of NZ banking products and market.
• Strong credit risk and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality credit analysis and portfolio management support to Relationship Managers.
• Assist with accurate, timely credit submissions and risk monitoring.
• Monitor triggers, covenants, and periodic risk reviews to ensure compliance with policy.
