Compass Group New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Cook for Burnham Military Camp. This permanent part-time role guarantees 20 hours per week, with responsibilities including cooking, preparing meals, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced Defence environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join our team at Burnham Military Camp. This is a Permanent Part-Time position, guaranteed 20 hours per week. In this role, you'll prepare and serve quality meals, support kitchen operations, and help deliver an outstanding dining experience for Defence personnel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals to Compass standards

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment

• Food Safety Unit Standards 167 & 168 preferred, or willingness to obtain them
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
