Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals to Compass standards.
• Assist with buffet, function, and special event catering requirements.
• Support menu planning, including special dietary and cultural requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Receive, store, and manage kitchen supplies appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent service.
