Job summary

SouthRoads is a specialist civil construction and maintenance company seeking a Contract Manager to join our Central Lakes Division. You will forward plan, programme, and organise people and plant so each project runs efficiently and safely.

You will lead tender submissions and quotations while delivering first-class customer service. You will manage works and contracts, prepare production targets, contract quality plans, and administer subcontract agreements.

• Tendering end-to-end from documentation to contract award.
• Ability to plan programmes and organise people and plant.
• Strong leadership and communication to drive teams and maintain client relationships.
