Role Description

The Contract Facilitator is a part or full time, that may require travel responsible for delivering blended learning programs to a wide range of learners. Day-to-day tasks include planning and facilitating workshops and training sessions, adapting learning materials to meet participant needs, and creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment. The role involves coordinating session logistics, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other facilitators and program designers to refine content and delivery. Contract Facilitators will also maintain accurate records of attendance and learner progress, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and contribute ideas to improve program effectiveness and learner experience.

Qualifications
