The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, at least four years in planning and scheduling, and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities on construction sites in Queenstown.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, analyze deviations from the schedule, and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular progress reports and schedule updates for project stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination between different trades and disciplines to maintain project timelines.
