Our hotels bring people together. We’re searching for a Conference & Events Coordinator capable of juggling bookings, building strong client relationships and pulling together truly unforgettable events, meetings and conferences.

As our newConference & Events Coordinator, you could be leading the charge to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholders byproviding administrative support to the Senior Conference & Events Manager and to secure business in a timely manner from allocated quotes, planning the meeting/event, coordination with hotel operations and client liaison before, during and after each meeting/event.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
Planning meetings, events and conduct pre-event & post-event meetings with clients and operational departments
Arranging meeting details and events to include room set-ups, and billing instructions
Promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with your team and other departments
Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
Previous groups, meeting and events experience in a hotel or sales role
Passion for providing excellent client experiences and client engagement
Confidence in proactively preventing problems and ability to handle service recovery following any complaints
Love of working in a fast-paced and motivated team with a desire to take the next step in your career
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional administrative and time-management skills
Willingness to work as part of a team and learn new things
