Job summary

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee night-time front desk operations and guest services. You will handle guest queries by phone, ensure safety and security, and ensure accurate nightly auditing and reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, OPERA familiarity is preferred, and strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years related experience.
• OPERA experience will be held in high regard.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office systems.
• Problem-solving, training and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in the Hospitality Industry in a guest-facing position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of front office operations in the night.
• Assist with guest queries via phone.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests.
• Accurate and timely completion of the night duties including auditing, daily reporting and amenity deliveries.
• Ability to train & develop team members.
