Qualifications

• Experience in conduct risk, risk culture, operational risk, compliance, or a related discipline.
• Financial services experience within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• The confidence to provide constructive challenge while building trusted relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on conduct risk and risk culture.
• Review incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation actions.
• Identify emerging risks and support the business to address control gaps.
• Maintain policies, procedures, guidance, and training materials.
• Monitor adherence to conduct and risk culture requirements.
• Contribute insights and reporting for management, oversight committees, the Board, and regulators.
