Gallagher Group Limited's eShepherd division seeks a Vision Weigh engineer to move from working prototype to hardware running reliably on commercial farms. You will own the vision work, supported by experts across data, software, firmware, hardware, and product.

You turn ideas into working products, with strong Python and PyTorch skills, expertise in computer vision, edge deployment on devices like Jetson, and practical experience with depth sensing and calibration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record turning CV prototypes into real products.
• Experience deploying models to edge hardware with low latency.
• Strong understanding of depth sensing and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision work from prototype to hardware on farms.
• Collaborate with data, software, firmware and hardware teams.
• Design, test, deploy, and iterate rapidly.
• Balance accuracy with practical deployment constraints.
