Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Compounding Team Leader for our Auckland facility. This senior role leads a team in the safe, compliant production of sterile compounded products, with a focus on engagement, capability development and operational excellence.

You will translate business objectives into daily execution, build team capability and foster accountability, problem-solving and continuous improvement across the production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
• Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance and development.
• Experience with continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Solid decision-making and organisational skills.
• Able to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with safety and compliance focus.
• GMP principles knowledge is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a diverse team to meet quality, service and productivity targets.
• Manage staffing, training, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities and shift readiness.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Ensure GMP, quality and safety compliance and audit readiness.
