Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Tomoana, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand, is seeking a Compliance Support role to drive audits, monitor performance and HACCP reviews at the site.

You will lead internal and external audits, conduct daily walk-throughs, support risk assessments and HACCP reviews, and collaborate with CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering to ensure site compliance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with FMCG experience and a science degree desirable.

Qualifications

• FMCG experience is desirable.
• Degree in science required.
• Understanding of HACCP, FCP and MPI requirements.
• Able to work as part of the team and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive internal and external site audits.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and schedule internal audits.

This role will act as the compliance support for the site. The person in this role will be responsible to drive internal external audits, performance monitoring and HACCP reviews on the site. Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive internal and external site audits.


• Responsible for daily walk throughs, golden rules and scheduling of internal audits.


• Support the Lead with risk assessments & HACCP reviews.


• Participate and drive regulatory and customer audits.


• Provide support with auditing the prerequisite standards.


• Driving the close out of internal and external audits.


• Working with cross functional teams (CI, EHS, Maintenance and Engineering) for maintaining site internal compliance.

About you:

• FMCG experience desirable.


• Degree in science.


• Understand of HACCP, FCP (Food Control Plan) and MPI requirements.


• Ability to work as a part of the team.


• Ability to take ownership and be accountable for the site internal/ external compliance.
