Job summary

Life Plus Recruitment in Hamilton, NZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with complex or high‑needs care. You will help clients maintain independence, dignity and daily routines within a person‑centred plan, aligning with their goals and preferences.

Ideal candidates will have NZ experience in community care, a valid NZ driver’s licence, and access to reliable transport to support flexible shifts and on‑call duties. Training and development are offered.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregivers who are confident working with clients requiring complex or high‑needs support. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference and delivering high‑quality care, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will:

• Live within reasonable distance of Hamilton
• Hold a full NZ driver’s licence, preferably can drive a mobility van
• Have NZ experience supporting clients with complex or high‑needs care
• Bring a healthcare background (e.g., student nurse, overseas‑trained nurse, or equivalent experience)
• Support clients to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible

• $23.50–$28.25 per hour, depending on experience

Applicant Requirements:

• Preference for candidates living within Hamilton
• NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
• Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 3 or above
• Minimum 1 year NZ experience supporting clients in a community‑based setting
• Full NZ driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
