Job summary

Responsive Group Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards across the home, engaging residents with positive interactions and supporting daily living activities.

You will follow established policies, dispose of waste properly, and help prepare rooms for new occupants while ensuring residents’ privacy and dignity are respected. The role includes handling cleaning tasks, stocking supplies, and reporting issues to the Environmental Services Manager.

• Willingness to meet legal requirements including background and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignment, assembles materials and transports to the work area.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing tasks following procedures and schedules.
• Maintains privacy of residents and promotes confidentiality.
• Prepares room for new occupants following prescribed procedures.
• Notifies Manager when supplies are low or equipment malfunctions.
• Returns unused supplies and stores equipment safely.
• Identifies potential liability issues and minimizes risk.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
