Job summary

HealthCare NZ in Hastings is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist clients at home and in the community. You’ll help with daily tasks, mobility, and wellbeing, enabling people to live independently.

No formal healthcare experience is required, but a positive attitude, good communication, and a valid NZ driver’s licence are essential. We offer competitive pay, guaranteed hours, travel allowance, and free training toward NZQA qualifications.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Flexible to work alternate weekends.
