Job summary

HealthCare NZ in Hastings is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist clients with everyday tasks and personal care, promoting independence and wellbeing in their homes and communities.

You will help with meal prep, outings, medication support, personal care, and home tasks while maintaining dignity and safety. A driver’s licence and reliable transport are often required.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends.
• Healthcare qualifications advantageous.
• Full NZ driver’s license and reliable transport required in most roles.

What We're Looking For:
