Job summary

Healthvision is hiring a part-time support worker in Invercargill, Southland. You will help people in the community with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access, working on a rotating roster across AM/PM and weekends. A driver’s license and NZ work eligibility are required.

Training and career development are provided. We value compassionate, reliable individuals who can build trust-based relationships and support independence for the people we serve.

Qualifications

• Prior personal care experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience with children (education, nanny or other) is favorable.
• Level 3/4 Health and Wellbeing qualification is beneficial; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares (showering, bathing).
• Assist with household management and meal preparation.
• Assist with accessing the community.
• Provide bowel, bladder and catheter care support.
