Healthvision in Palmerston North is seeking caring Community Support Workers to assist service users with daily living, personal care, meals, and community access. Roles involve rotating rosters and weekend work in a 24/7 care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with autism or intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Genuine passion for helping others.
• Access to your own car and a Full New Zealand Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Service Users to provide support with daily tasks.
• Assisting with complex personal cares.
• Assisting with household management and meal preparation.
• Supporting exercise programmes.
• Assisting with accessing the community.
• Medication support.
• Maintaining Service User safety and wellbeing.
