IDEA Services is recruiting for a Support Worker to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in community and home settings in Taranaki, NZ. You will help people gain independence, participate in activities, and achieve personal goals with a compassionate, person-centered approach.

No prior experience in the health and disability sector is necessary, but a strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude is highly valued. Full training and orientation will be provided to individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
