Job summary

Healthvision is seeking a Community Support Worker in Mosgiel, Dunedin. This role supports people with health-related issues or disabilities, assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, household tasks, and community access.

Rotating AM/PM and weekend shifts with flexible hours; a full NZ driver’s license is required to travel between clients. You will be joining a family-owned provider offering opportunities to gain Level 3/4 Health and Wellbeing qualifications and access to training.

Qualifications

• Ideally prior personal care experience.
• Familiarity with complex medical conditions is a plus.
• Access to a car and a valid New Zealand driver's license required.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares (showering, bathing).
• Support with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Assist with accessing the community and exercise programs.
• Provide medication support and help with mobility.
