Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Community Development or related field is advantageous.
• Experience in community engagement, facilitation, or program coordination.
• Good understanding of community dynamics and development principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events.
• Identify and assess local community needs and priorities.
• Connect residents with social services, government programs, and non-profit support.
• Promote participation and volunteerism in local initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans for community activities.
