• Lead and coordinate HVAC commissioning activities across commercial and healthcare projects
• Work with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is met
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
• Provide clear documentation and communication throughout commissioning delivery

The opportunity that awaits you

Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills?

We are seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead and coordinate HVAC commissioning activities across commercial and healthcare projects. This role suits someone with proven experience in HVAC systems, controls, and testing, who can work confidently with consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver systems in line with design intent.

You will require relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and a structured, methodical approach to commissioning delivery

To be successful you will need the following skills and qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (preferred but not essential)
• New Zealand residency or a current permit to work visa
• Well presented and highly motivated - a can do attitude
• Ability to follow health and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and literacy
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Full NZ drivers licence (class 1)
