Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial customers and help them grow, adapt and succeed. You will bring practical banking expertise, strong credit thinking and genuine care to the businesses you support, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities that make a real difference.

You will be supported by a Commercial Associate and specialist partners, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations, portfolio performance, and backing Kiwi

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or business banking relationship management.
• Strong credit capability, including risk assessment and complex deal structuring.
• Confidence building trusted customer relationships and influencing positive outcomes.
• Proactive approach to business development and spotting quality growth opportunities.
• Sound judgement across financial analysis, portfolio management and customer conversations.
• Commercial acumen, curiosity and a genuine passion for helping Kiwi businesses succeed.
