Knowledge of agile concepts and principles, and experience working in agile teams.
Strong written & verbal communication skills with the confidence to collaborate with developers, analysts and business stakeholders.
Able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of data quality across systems.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and delivering a great customer experience.
