Job summary

Stellar Recruitment in Christchurch is seeking an experienced CNC Folding Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team producing roof flashings from sheet metal. This hands-on role is Monday to Friday 1:15PM – 9:45PM on the afternoon shift.

You will operate a CNC folding machine, read production requirements, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards. A proactive attitude and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a CNC folding machine (roof flashings or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities

• Operating a CNC folding machine to manufacture roof flashings
• Reading and working from production requirements and specifications
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
• Prioritising tasks to meet production deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents
• Performing quality checks on products
