Job summary

Davin Industries Limited in Christchurch, part of the Stratco Group, specialises in precision sheetmetal fabrication and contract batch manufacturing. We are looking for an afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our folding team and ensure production runs safely and efficiently.

This role requires hands-on brake press folding and CNC operation experience, reliability, punctuality and a collaborative approach. You will contribute to a friendly, well-equipped facility that values quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience in Brake press folding and CNC operation.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Desirable: Turret Punching/Laser cutting experience.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• A great team player.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a machine operation team
• Operate Brake Press folding and CNC machines as required
• Coordinate work orders
