WITT - Te Pukenga in New Plymouth invites applications for a Clinical Tutor - Nursing (Student Placement Tutor). This casual, hourly paid role supports nursing students on mental health clinical placements, mentoring them to apply theory in practice and grow essential clinical skills.

The successful RN will model best practice, inspire student achievement, and stay clinically current, with opportunities for professional development and supportive team collaboration within a strong teaching

Clinical Tutor - Nursing (Student Placement Tutor)

Help inspire the next generation of nurses in Taranaki in this casual, hourly paid position.

We are now seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with Mental Health experience to support Bachelor of Nursing and/or Enrolled Nursing students while they are on their mental health clinical placements. This role involves encouraging learners as they apply theory in practice and develop essential nursing skills. You'll work as part of a strong, cohesive nursing teaching team, building key relationships with our Clinical Placement Coordinator and the workplace preceptors, always with the student at the center.

About you

• Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Must have experience in mental health
• Willingness to support new nurses
