Are you an experienced health information or clinicalrecords professional with strong leadership skills? We are seeking a Clinical Records Manager to provide operational leadership across our clinical recordsservices and ensure health information is managed safely, accurately, andefficiently.
This is a key leadership role supporting the HealthInformation Manager and overseeing day-to-day clinical records operationsacross inpatient, outpatient, and offsite/archival services.
As the Clinical Records Manager, you will lead the TeamLeaders and provide oversight of clinical records functions across theorganisation. You will ensure consistent standards, effective workflows,high-quality service delivery, and compliance with privacy, security,retention, and health information requirements.
You will work closely with clinical and operational teams toimprove documentation and data quality, support digital transformation, andidentify opportunities to make clinical records processes more efficient andeffective.
You will be an experienced and confident leader who canbalance operational demands with a strong focus on quality, compliance, andservice improvement. You will enjoy developing people, solving problems, andworking collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
