Job summary

Frontline Recruitment in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, NZ is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead a team of RNs and HCAs delivering high-standard clinical services in aged care. You will provide clinical supervision, guide care plans, mentor staff and ensure safety and efficiency in operations.

The role focuses on clinical risk management, continuous improvement and bridging communication between residents, families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• NZ Nurse Registration with a current practising nursing certificate (APC).
• Strong clinical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading teams in aged care, health or a related sector.
• Confidence managing clinical risk, compliance and change.
• Concise reporting skills and computer literacy.

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision and oversight to the team of registered nurses and health care assistants who are responsible for the delivery of a high standard of clinical services to residents.

As clinical lead, you will provide operational, clinical and people leadership, ensuring residents receive excellent care and the home runs safely and efficiently. You will ensure adherence to standards, manage care plans, mentor staff and bridge communication between residents, families and healthcare providers, focusing on clinical risk management and continuous improvement.
