Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Fixed-Term Clinical Coordinator in Mt Maunganui. You will lead the clinical team in a 90-bed hospital care facility, ensuring safe, person-centred care and compliance with standards.

Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with NZ APC, strong clinical leadership, and experience in aged care. The role is based on site in Mt Maunganui with a maternity cover through 16 May 2027.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NZ APC (RN)
• Clinical leadership experience in aged care settings preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, quality and compliance
• Able to mentor and develop nursing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Fixed-Term Clinical Coordinator - Mt Maunganui

28 September 2026 – 16 May 2027 $120,000–$128,000

I’m currently looking for an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join a 90-bed hospital care facility in beautiful Mt Maunganui.

This is a fixed-term opportunity, covering maternity leave from 28 September 2026 through to 16 May 2027.

You’ll provide clinical leadership across the facility, supporting the nursing team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading a team, supporting best practice and working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider care team.

About you:

• Registered Nurse with a current NZ APC
• Previous clinical leadership experience, ideally within aged care
• Strong understanding of clinical standards, quality and compliance
• Confident supporting and developing nursing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Practical, approachable and able to work collaboratively with the wider team
