Job summary

Laser Clinics Albany is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our team with confidence, deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, and maintain clinical excellence while inspiring high performance.

You’ll shape client experiences, drive growth, manage rosters, uphold safety, and access world‑class training and ongoing development as part of the Laser Clinics Group.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: Beauty level 4 (minimum).
• Leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Punctual, organised, share knowledge, support others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead with confidence by coaching and motivating your team to meet sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, analysing trends, and increasing clinic revenue and profitability.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, rosters, compliance, and maintain high clinical standards.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, upholding our value proposition and caring for clients.
• Provide aesthetic services such as laser treatments, facials, skin needling and peels as required.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and mentors to grow skills and careers.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)

• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
