Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aesthetics, beauty, or clinical settings.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Formal Beauty qualification (minimum Level 4) and ongoing professional development.
• Punctual, organized and capable of uplifting the team.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships through expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead with confidence to coach and motivate the team while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Identify opportunities for clinic revenue growth and drive sustainable performance.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, rosters, compliance, and clinical standards.
• Deliver a superior client experience, maintaining our Customer Value Proposition.
• Provide aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, facials, skin needling and peels to support results.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to grow skills and confidence in treatments.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
