Job summary

Laser Clinics Group is seeking a Clinic Manager for our New Plymouth clinic to lead the team, deliver advanced treatments, and drive outstanding client experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires delivering high clinical standards while inspiring and coaching staff to perform at their best.

You will oversee rosters, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities to grow clinic revenue in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience within aesthetics or a clinical environment.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Excellent organisational, communication and people-skills to lead a high-performing team.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
